Kerala State Power and Infrastructure Finance Corporation Limited, (KSPIFC) is a Government Company promoted jointly by the Government of Kerala and Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) to provide financial assistance for the development of the Power sector and other infrastructure projects in the state of Kerala.
The company was formerly known as Kerala Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (KPFC) with the objective of providing financial assistance only for power objects. KPFC was incorporated on 20th March 1998 as a Public Limited company under the companies act , 1956.
